secure-route
Application analytics with paths you can defend
We trace how events move from device to warehouse so product teams stop arguing with broken charts.
What you can request
Focused engagements for teams who already ship apps and need measurement that survives the next release.
Event Path Audit
Trace every critical user action from client fire to warehouse row and mark where the path breaks.
Taxonomy Rebuild
Replace conflicting event names with one vocabulary product and engineering can both maintain.
Cohort Integrity Review
Rebuild retention and activation cohorts from raw history so charts stop lying after SDK upgrades.
Release Measurement Desk
Monthly office hours so new features ship with instrumentation that still matches the taxonomy.

From teams we measured with
Specific paths, mild friction, and outcomes that still matter months later.
The activation drop we kept debating turned out to be a webview confirmation that never fired. After the path audit, we stopped rewriting onboarding for a bug that was not product.Hyejin Park — Product lead, subscription app · Busan
Taxonomy Rebuild was slower than we hoped in week one—getting engineering and growth in the same room took effort. The sheet we still use six months later made that friction worthwhile.Marcus Cho — Engineering manager · Seoul
Client in fintech onboarding — retention looked broken after an SDK bump. The integrity review gave us a sample we could trust, and a clear note on what not to present upstairs.Anonymous — Analytics owner, fintech · Korea
Before you write
Do you install or operate analytics tools for us?
No. secure-route designs measurement, audits paths, and advises on taxonomy. You keep ownership of tools, vendors, and production access.
Can we book only the Event Path Audit?
Yes. Most first engagements start there. Other services can follow if the audit shows taxonomy or cohort work is needed.
Is pricing fixed at the amounts on the site?
Listed amounts are informational starting points. Scope is confirmed in a written proposal before work begins. There is no online checkout.
Do you work only with teams in Korea?
Our studio is in Changnyeong-gun, Gyeongsangnam-do, and we schedule primarily in KST. Remote sessions with Korean product teams are the usual format.
